Breaking News |  | Saturday, May 31st, 2008: Year Over for Marlins Kensing Florida has lost reliever Logan Kensing for at least 7 months. He was hurt in a game against the Cardinals while throwing a pitch and sustained a ruptured tricep tendon. His doctors said Kensing will probably be out the rest of the year.
This year Kensing has made 12 relief appearances with no saves. In 15.2 innings, he has permitted 15 hits, fanned 15 hitters and recorded 3 wins and no losses with a 3.45 ERA. |  | Sunday, May 25th, 2008: Lind's Hit Streak Soars to 20 Games Adam Lind has been ripping hits every day for quite some time and no team seems to be able to stop him. The Toronto left fielder got 1 hit today against the Florida Marlins and now has a 20-game hitting streak. The Blue Jays won the game 11-4. A. Lind hit an RBI single in the 1st, struck out in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, struck out in the 6th and grounded out in the 8th.
Thus far in 2008 Lind is batting .282 with 9 home runs, 33 RBIs and 21 runs scored. |  | Sunday, May 11th, 2008: Florida Center Fielder Hurt Mike Cameron had to leave the Marlins game against Pittsburgh after suffering a damaged meniscus while running the bases. He will be out of the lineup at least 3-4 weeks. He told reporters, "I just felt a sharp pain when it happened. I knew there was something wrong."
