| Breaking News | | Monday, May 28th, 2007: Bocachica's Strong Week Earns SL1 Trophy
Heppner Hellions fans are celebrating Hiram Bocachica's selection as Sub League 1 Player of the Week.
Bocachica put up some serious numbers over the past seven days as he cracked 10 hits in 23 at-bats. The 31-year-old right fielder hit .435, drove in 4 runs, scored 8 times and hit 2 home runs.
Bocachica is hitting .261 this season with 9 home runs, 30 RBIs and 34 runs scored. He has 54 hits in 207 at-bats. |

Rumors circulating around town say catcher Kelly Stinnett is not happy at all playing in Heppner and that the Hellions are actively shopping him around. |
| Monday, May 21st, 2007: Hellions McAnulty to Miss Year
Paul McAnulty and the Heppner Hellions got a bad break in today's game against the Sapphires as the team confirmed he will miss 4-5 months with a fractured foot. The Hellions right fielder suffered the injury running the bases. The team doctor is confident he'll make a full recovery.
McAnulty is batting .228 in 2007 with 4 home runs, 24 RBIs and 28 runs scored. He has 42 hits in 184 at-bats. |
