| Breaking News |  | Tuesday, May 29th, 2007: Pastors Unknown Gone for Year
The season is apparently over for Joe Unknown. The Durham Pastors medical staff informed the club that the reliever will be out at least 7-8 months with a torn rotator cuff muscle. Unknown was hurt in the game against Stockton while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season.

| Friday, April 27th, 2007: Fiskdale Goes Hitless Against Price
Is it better to be good -- or lucky? After his 4-0 no-hitter over the Fiskdale Pigeons he responded, "I don't know," said Durham's Scott Price with a grin. "To do what I did, I guess it takes both."
On his historic day at Ballpark of Durham Price made good pitches the entire game, fanned 2 and had 1 walk. When the Pigeons hit the ball hard, they hit it right at someone for an out.
But that's how you get a no-hitter -- a lot of skill mixed with a little luck.
In 6 starts this season, Price has recorded 2 wins and absorbed 3 losses. He has pitched 40.2 innings, allowed 41 hits, struck out 13 and has a 3.76 ERA.

There was a heated confrontation yesterday at Ballpark of Durham between the Pastors and Cannons that resulted in ejections and suspensions. Joe Unknown of Durham and Iván Martínez of Grandview were issued 2-game suspensions by the league office for initiating the on-field disturbance.
