End of Season Awards Voting
The Awards Voting utility will automatically generate awards ballots based on settings you input and is enabled per league on the Pages admin page of the utility.
Awards including are the following:
- Batter of the Year
- Pitcher of the Year
- Rookie of the Year
- Gold Glove
- Custom Award
- General Manager of the Year
All of the above are league specific (AL vs. NL) except for the GM of the Year award, which spans the entire league.
Once enabled, click the Awards link in the navigation bar and go to the admin page to set up the ballot. Note that you'll need to make sure that your league context matches the league context for the league you're trying to configure. The admin page is broken up into sections, with settings specific to each described below.
Awards Voting Administration
General Settings
Enable Voting - Check this box to start allowing votes to be cast.
Allow Users to Change Their Vote - If this box is checked, users may come in and change their votes after having already voted. Otherwise, once their votes are cast, the only way to change them is for a commish to come to this admin page and clear it for them.

Maximum Players Per Ballot - Set the upper limit on the number of players to appear on a ballot. Default: 40
Ballot Size

1st | 14 | 10 | 5 | 1 |
2nd | 9 | 7 | 3 | |

5th | 6 | 1 | ||
6th | 5 | |||
7th | 4 | |||
8th | 3 | |||
9th | 2 | |||
10th | 1 |

Voting Detail
The Voting Detail section of the admin page allows commishes to see which members of the league have cast their ballots. In addition, once votes have been cast, the commish can use the "X" in any column to clear out the user's votes for just that award, or the "X" in the Status column to clear their whole ballot. Commishes can also see an individual user's ballot, if they have a reason to do so.
Known Issues
Adding Player to Ballot Collapses Ballot Box
StatsLab ballots can be sorted by clicking on the column headers. This makes it easier to find the player you wish to vote for.
However, in some browsers, sorting the ballot breaks the function that adds players to the ballot. Instead, the ballot box collapses with no players being added. There is no fix for this.
Workaround - Open two browser tabs or windows. Sort in one, and vote in the other.
